I see overlap of concepts that help me study the problem from many angles. I notice there is overlap with the LIPT. And narcissistic triangulation. And many other revolting anti-social behaviors the government regulates. And the Dark Triad. Workplace mobbing is terrible conduct. CA now requires employers with 50 employees. Or more. To get awareness training due to AB 2053 passing the Senate. And supplementing CA's employment laws. The US states have no regulation against it yet.

Puerto Rico now has two signed enforceable laws on the matter that are like AB 2053 in California. The US states have no such signed enforceable employment laws, yet.

I look at workplace mobbing like a person with a variation of NPD. The persona is so stupid. But yet Machiavellian. See the Dark Triad traits. It is disgusting. Employees leave because it is like being stuck with a mad man in the same room. Not good for a constructive business. It is both shameful and embarrassing. I hope this makes sense to many who read this later.

The personality of the mob is its own Dark Triad. It interferes with the company's business operations. And is a parasite to the entire organization that spawn it. It also interferes with not the target, but others, too. Especially when it encourages triangulation in the form of community mobbing. Involving other people and companies who don't work in the same workplace as the target. And having nothing do it with it. Looks like a pain in the ass.

I may make a better version of this video later. I covered most of the basics of these workplace and business problems. They are bizarre. I don't want to see anti-social conduct while working in adult entertainment. People who manage a business or own one should keep up with trends on toxic psychology. Especially in the US and UK. Narcissism (both good and bad) is not uncommon. Compare Dark Triad vs Light Triad.

Mobbing emulates NPD. It is a duplication of a vulnerable narcissist. More Americans seem to be studying NPD. In response to bad management practices since the Covid lockdowns. And bad relationships while under lock down.

It is a serious topic. But one nasty way to ruin everyone's fun! Workplace mobbing is well-studied. But a big nuisance when it shows ups. Especially when it becomes an epidemic. And becomes ongoing social misery for everyone affected by the toxic workplace.Some countries outlaw it now. In others where it is legal one has to have the right evidence, for the right law, at the right time to get justice. It is always the management's fault. Not the target.
